Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Customer Support Technician. The role involves assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues, providing clear and effective support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate case records. You will analyze technical problems, resolve queries, and guide users through workflows to enhance their operational efficiency. Effective communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach will be integral to your day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to assist users and ensure positive experiences
- Experience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting for software or technical solutions
- Proficient Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory management software is an advantage
