  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:36pm – enjoy true work-life balance
  • 38 hours per week

Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It

  • Coordinate service schedules with our trusted brokered partners to ensure seamless support delivery
  • Proactively manage third party relationships to support service delivery
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, families, internal teams, and external third-party businesses and stakeholders
  • Provide accurate, timely reporting while upholding exceptional customer service standards

What You Bring To The Table

  • Previous experience in scheduling or rostering for multiple services and service types (logistics or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills
  • Being a supportive and collaborative team player
  • Calm and confident under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable – you respond quickly without compromising quality
  • Skilled in working with third-party organisations and external business partners
