Position: Administrative Services Manager Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $90–$110/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities

  • Create structured deliverables addressing common administrative management workflows.
  • Apply real-world operational leadership expertise to support AI research and evaluation initiatives.
  • Review peer-developed deliverables to improve clarity, accuracy, and operational relevance.
  • Translate administrative processes, resource planning, and organizational practices into clear documentation.
  • Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Strong years of professional experience in administrative services management or related leadership roles.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to articulate operational workflows, policies, and management best practices.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, project-based environment.
