Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Support Specialist. The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team by managing sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, resolving inquiries, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include coordinating with team members, providing solutions to client requests, offering administrative support, and ensuring seamless order management. The role also involves gathering and analyzing sales data to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure outstanding client relationships and support
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional interactions
• Proficiency in Sales Operations and ability to manage order processing and team collaboration
• Analytical Skills to assess sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields is preferred
• Experience in the lighting industry or technical product sales is considered an advantage
