Customer Service Specialist with German & English | 100% Remote | Bulgaria

Your responsibilities:

• Provide professional support to customers via phone and email;
• Handle account-related requests and administrative tasks;
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate documentation in internal systems;
• Work closely with colleagues from international teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Fluent German (C1/C2);
• Good command of English (B2);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Back Office or similar positions is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems;
• EU work permit.
