About The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our innovative team at Tenth Revolution Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your insights and analytical expertise will directly influence strategic decision-making. As a Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in developing predictive models and data-driven strategies to identify and mitigate risks within the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to build tools and dashboards that facilitate informed decision-making and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for data analysis, a strong technical background, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that support the company's ambitious growth objectives. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Data Scientist with a solid foundation in data analysis and modeling. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL is essential, along with experience using machine learning frameworks and statistical analysis tools. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI modeling tools will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry experience. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to simulate and predict risk scenarios, enabling proactive risk management strategies.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify emerging trends, potential vulnerabilities, and risk indicators.
  • Translate analytical insights into practical, actionable risk mitigation strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the collection, cleaning, and integration of high-quality data for analysis.
  • Continuously monitor and refine models to adapt to changing risk landscapes and improve predictive accuracy.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI to enhance modeling techniques and tools used within the organization.
