- Provide expert technical advice and troubleshooting for solar PV systems and products.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults using monitoring platforms.
- Support customers through installation, commissioning, and operation phases.
- Collaborate with sales and aftersales teams to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous service records and escalate complex issues efficiently.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Electrical, Power, or Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of inverters and solar PV systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, with additional European languages a plus.
