Senior Account Manager

Your Mission

Own a portfolio of fast-growth DTC brands and drive their blended performance at the Growth P&L level. You’ll use GS IQ—our proprietary growth intelligence platform—to diagnose root causes, set the right priorities, and hold pods accountable for precision execution across media, CRO, CRM, and analytics. You’re the force that turns strategy into compounding revenue.

What You Will Lead

  • Full ownership of growth delivery across your brands—from audit to scale
  • Cross-functional leadership of your pod; ensuring every team member hits the KPIs you set
  • Clear, data-driven prioritization using GS IQ (budget allocation, conversion levers, CRM strategy, margin insights)
  • High-stakes client leadership: confident direction, high trust, zero drift
  • Continuous improvement of playbooks, systems, and cross-brand processes
  • Contribution to our innovation roadmap, including AI and data-led efficiencies

What You’ve Done

  • 5–7+ years driving DTC/ecom growth with direct ownership of revenue and profitability
  • Proven multi-channel operator who can reallocate budgets, reset KPIs, and show the impact on contribution margin
  • Strong quantitative foundation; comfortable interrogating data far beyond media numbers
  • Experience working with or leading pods across media, CRO, CRM, and analytics
  • Operationally sharp: creates structure, prioritizes cleanly, executes fast
  • High-responsiveness, clear communication, and confidence to lead clients toward the right decisions
  • Team builder and mentor with a bias for action and ownership

KPIs You Will Own

  • Growth precision: revenue, margin, and scale outcomes across your brands
  • Client retention and expansion
  • Pod performance and internal NPS
  • Speed and success of new-client onboarding
  • Contributions to innovation, efficiency gains, and SOP evolution
