Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Migration Assistant to support our immigration consultants remotely. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in client communications, data entry, and administrative support throughout the immigration process. This is a remote position requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and manage client data in internal databases and immigration platforms

• Assist consultants with gathering and organizing documentation from clients

• Liaise with clients via email and phone to provide updates, request documents, and answer general queries

• Track case progress and follow up on outstanding items in a timely manner

• Review documents for completeness and flag any discrepancies or missing information

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism

• Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the consulting team

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in immigration services, legal administration, or data entry preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable with cloud-based systems (e.g., Google Drive, CRM tools)

• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
