Customer Support (with Crypto Experience)

Join Our Remote Team as a chat Premium Support Agent for Our Exclusive Trading Group!

We are looking for chat-based technical support agents to join our remote team and guide our clients in accessing our premium trading services.

About the Job:

Responding to Trading Inquiries - You will provide exceptional customer service and hands-on assistance, especially to clients who are beginners in the Crypto/ Forex market.

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week job where you will be hired as a freelancer/contractor.

About You:

Experience in Crypto Trading - You must have recent and first-hand Crypto trading experience to effectively respond to trading-related queries. Also, having Forex trading experience is a plus

Customer Service Expertise - You must be experienced in customer service to provide a positive experience to clients. BPO background is a huge plus.

English and French Fluency - You must be able to converse in fluent English and French.

People Skills - You must be compassionate, helpful and professional.
