- Pricing & Marketing Strategy: Decide on the price and marketing strategy at a product level keeping customer interests in mind.
- Analyze Product Performance: Frequently assess product performance and market response.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure inventory levels align with sales targets, preventing stockouts or overstock situations.
- Product Launch Ownership: Own or support product launches, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure success.
- Strategic Communication: Clearly communicate strategic decisions and updates to the team, offering guidance and direction.
- Team Mentorship (Senior Level): If you’re in a senior role, you’ll also manage junior operations team members, helping them grow and scale alongside the company.
- VA Management (Senior Level): You may also work with a Virtual Assistant to support a larger product portfolio efficiently.
There is a ton of room for growth in this position. You can expect to be involved in highly strategic subjects early on (marketing & advertising strategy, new products development, etc.).

And you will report to the COO.
