About Us

ENWAY is a consulting and development company focused on Salesforce CRM. We don’t have a formal sales process or lead generation system yet. And that’s why we’re hiring.

You will own outbound outreach, qualify client needs, close deals, and support customers after the sale. You will work directly with the founder and marketing manager to build a sales process we can scale.

Role: Full-Cycle IT Sales Manager

Location: EU (remote) or Georgia (remote)

Contract Type: B2B

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify target companies and decision makers to build a strong prospect list
  • Launch and manage outbound outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, and other channels)
  • Qualify leads by discovering initial interest, business pain points, and Salesforce-related needs
  • Run discovery calls, negotiate, and close deals independently
  • Handle client documentation support (contracts, invoicing, basic financial coordination)
  • Manage post-sale activities: account management, upselling, and long-term relationship building
  • Keep CRM data clean and track key sales metrics
  • Work with the founder and marketing manager to refine ICP, messaging, hypotheses, and outreach strategy
  • Design and implement a repeatable sales process covering outbound → qualification → closing → post-sale

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in full-cycle B2B outbound sales (SDR, BDR, or AE roles)
  • Experience selling partner products (Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, or similar)
  • English level B2+ (spoken and written); Russian – C1 or native
  • Comfortable working in small IT companies or startups without structured sales processes
  • Independent operator: comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and high activity targets
  • Excellent research and organizational skills (lead sourcing, pipeline tracking, CRM discipline)
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequences, and outreach automation
