You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes from discovery through to post-go-live support. This role can be based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with senior business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Design best-practice solutions aligned with client business objectives and SAP capabilities.
- Provide functional leadership across project teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Lead solution architecture discussions across the broader SuccessFactors suite.
- Manage project deliverables, risks, timelines, and quality outcomes.
- Support pre-sales activities, demonstrations, solution proposals, and scope definition.
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap developments and industry best practices.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Essential Experience
- 6+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors consulting experience.
- Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations of:
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay
- Strong configuration and solution design expertise across Compensation and Variable Pay.
- Experience integrating Compensation and Variable Pay with other SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Performance & Goals.
- Strong client-facing consulting and workshop facilitation experience.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring consultants.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Compensation and/or Variable Pay.
