About The Role As a Narrative Intelligence Analyst at GUDEA, you sit at the intersection of intelligence production and strategic thinking. You're the person who lives inside our platform — pulling signals, identifying patterns, and turning raw data into the polished, executive-ready reports our highest-paying clients rely on. You're not just running searches; you're developing a deep point of view on the narratives and behaviors you're tracking and shaping how that intelligence gets packaged and communicated internally. Your insights will flow directly to the client experience team and inform how some of the world's largest organizations make sense of the digital information landscape. Key Responsibilities
- Own the production of GUDEA's flagship intelligence reports while ensuring findings are accurate, well-structured, and strategically framed
- Operate as a super user of GUDEA's dashboard, developing deep platform fluency and pushing the tools to their full capability
- Synthesize high volumes of platform data into clear, concise intelligence, adding a tone of human intelligence to AI-generated reports
- Translate findings into strategic recommendations that internal teams and client-facing colleagues can act on
- Collaborate across GUDEA's research, product, and client teams to ensure intelligence output is timely, relevant, and actionable
- Contribute to broader team efforts and take on new challenges as GUDEA continues to scale
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in consulting, public relations, research, intelligence analysis, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience producing reports or briefings for senior audiences
- Strong understanding of corporate communications, executive decision-making, and organizational dynamics
- Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent deliverables without sacrificing quality
- Strategic problem-solving orientation with a bias toward actionable insights
- Familiarity with social media platforms and the broader media landscape is a plus
