Senior Strategic Account Executive (Contract, Commission‑Only)
Role type and compensation (key facts):
- Type: Independent contractor (1099), contract, commission‑only.
- Compensation: Recurring commission paid monthly/yearly for each sale for as long as the referred client remains a DueForce customer (not a single one‑time payout).
- Payment cadence: Commissions paid monthly following client payment confirmation.
- No base salary or employee benefits; contractor responsible for taxes and compliance.
What you’ll do:
- Prospect and close law firm clients across small, mid‑market, and enterprise segments.
- Leverage existing law‑firm relationships to accelerate pipeline development.
- Conduct demos (remote) and coordinate onboarding with DueForce operations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to legal finance and operations teams, ensuring smooth adoption and retention.
Ideal candidate:
- Extensive law‑firm network and proven track record selling SaaS to legal practices.
Independent, self‑motivated closer who thrives in commission‑only roles.
- Strong communicator with experience running demos and closing recurring‑revenue deals.
- Comfortable with CRM pipelines, remote demos, and lightweight onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years selling SaaS into law firms, legal operations, or professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to close multi‑month or annual subscription deals.
- Experience with recurring commission structures preferred.
