Account Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, and foster client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include communicating with clients to understand their research needs and to provide project feasibility and pricing. The Account Manager will also focus on building lasting partnerships while consistently meeting project deadlines and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of data collection processes and understanding of market research methodologies
• Proficient with generating market research feasibility
• Knowledge of market research sampling process
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM
• 1-3 Years of previous experience in market research account management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
