Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. The role will include developing strategies to meet client goals and proactively addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management, customer service, and account management skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and align them with company offerings
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines
• Adaptability to remote work and ability to self-manage while collaborating effectively with a team
• Experience in the consulting or technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
