Position: Customer Services AI Trainer (Talent Pool)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30-$60/hr
Location: Remote
Duration: 10–40 hrs/week, flexible and asynchronous
Requirements: (Training support will be provided)
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- High attention to detail when reviewing customer interactions
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms
- Ability to translate customer needs and issues into structured AI training insights
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred:
- Prior experience in AI training, data annotation, or quality review
- Familiarity with customer service tools or CRM platforms
- Background in language analysis, linguistics, or related fields
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and develop realistic training data and scenarios for AI-powered customer service systems
- Review, evaluate, and annotate customer interactions to improve AI accuracy and response quality
- Train AI models on empathetic, human-like responses for complex or high-conflict situations
- Apply conflict resolution expertise to guide AI behavior in sensitive customer interactions
- Conduct regular audits of AI-generated conversations to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify gaps and optimize AI learning outcomes
- Stay updated on customer service and AI trends, applying best practices to training workflows
- Provide actionable feedback and improvement suggestions based on customer interaction insights
