Compensation: $25–$35/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Record natural phone conversations simulating customer-support interactions (caller side only).
• Spell out names, emails, and phone numbers clearly while maintaining a natural conversational tone.
• Capture multiple recording variations across environments (quiet, muffled voice, speaker mode, light background noise).
• Complete up to 30 phone calls across 6 variations and accurately log required call metadata.

Requirements

• Must have a UK Midlands accent.
• Must be based in the USA, Canada, or the UK.
• Must place real phone calls (no VoIP).
• Ability to complete approximately 3 hours of recorded conversation within the specified turnaround time.
• Strong attention to detail when entering call data (codes, speaker details, demographics).
