Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to lead the acquisition of new mid-market clients. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within medium to large organizations, building strong relationships with both C-level decision makers and technical teams.

As an individual contributor, you will independently manage your pipeline, collaborating with internal presales and marketing teams.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in small to mid-sized business sales, within the tech/software sector.
  • Proven experience selling into the UK and EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of winning new accounts and exceeding quotas in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • Technical acumen to communicate value to both IT teams and C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated experience using the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely, effectively managing multiple priorities and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as business needs require.
  • Speak English and French proficiently.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise accounts (“new logos”) within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification, through proposal and negotiation, to close.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both on the technical side and at C-level.
  • Apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology and best practices in complex, consultative sales.
  • Stay abreast of technology trends and key developments relevant to customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with presales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
  • Report status and pipeline metrics using CRM and reporting tools
