Client Advisor (Outreach & Sales)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Remote)

Salary: £2,100 per month + uncapped commissionThe Role

You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries. You will speak with British nationals living in Europe, many of whom are older or have health or care needs, to understand their situation, assess potential eligibility, and explain how Caring Futures can support them.

Your role is to screen suitable clients, clearly explain our services and fees, and book qualified calls with our Benefit Specialists.

This is a consultative sales role focused on trust, clarity, and ethical conversion — not pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new enquiries by phone
• Carry out initial eligibility screening
• Explain Caring Futures’ services and pricing
• Book qualified appointments with Benefit Specialists
• Ensure clients are prepared for their specialist call
• Update CRM notes and outcomes accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken English
• Confident, professional phone manner
• Comfortable in a sales-focused role
• Ideally has experience in health and social care, with some sales or client advisory experience
• Organised, reliable, and target-driven
