Role Description
This is a flexible remote role for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, fostering professional relationships, and effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on driving growth and building long-term partnerships, with a hands-on approach to achieving measurable results. This Business Development role will focus on growing our facilities maintenance and property restoration department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining professional client relationships
- Effective Business knowledge and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work remotely with up to 75% travel
