ABOUT THE ROLE

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Customer Success Specialist. This role focuses on supporting customers throughout their experience, answering inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with customers and internal teams to provide exceptional service, improve customer experiences, and support long-term client success.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone

- Assist customers with onboarding and account setup

- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary

- Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement

- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests

- Track customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities

- Prepare customer reports and activity updates

- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests

- Support customer success initiatives and projects

- Assist with administrative and client support tasks

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or related roles

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset

- Professional, dependable, and results-oriented attitude

NICE TO HAVE

- Customer service or client support experience

- Familiarity with CRM software

- Experience handling customer inquiries

- Data entry and reporting experience

- Interest in customer success and account management
