2. About the Opportunity:

The Chat Support Associate serves as the frontline representative for customer interactions via live chat. This role is responsible for delivering prompt and accurate support, resolving product-related inquiries, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. The position plays a key role in facilitating communication between customers and internal teams to improve service quality.

3. Responsibilities:

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the organization''s products.

• Provide clear information on product features, updates, and policies.

• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs.

• Accurately document all customer interactions.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convey customer feedback.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and industry trends.

4. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in chat or digital environments.
