We’re looking for a customer-centric Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve end-to-end customer experiences. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy understanding customer needs, analysing feedback, and working cross-functionally to drive meaningful improvements in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve the end-to-end customer journey across touchpoints
  • Analyse customer feedback, surveys, and support data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with customer support, product, marketing, and operations teams
  • Develop and maintain CX processes, playbooks, and best practices
  • Track and report CX metrics such as CSAT, NPS, CES, retention
  • Support customer onboarding, engagement, and advocacy initiatives
  • Identify root causes of customer issues and recommend solutions
  • Champion the voice of the customer across the organisation

✅ Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer experience, customer support, or customer success roles
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and CX principles
  • Experience with CX tools, surveys, or CRM platforms is a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Empathy-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Australia with full legal right to work full-time
