We’re looking for a customer-centric Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve end-to-end customer experiences. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy understanding customer needs, analysing feedback, and working cross-functionally to drive meaningful improvements in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve the end-to-end customer journey across touchpoints
- Analyse customer feedback, surveys, and support data to identify improvement opportunities
- Work closely with customer support, product, marketing, and operations teams
- Develop and maintain CX processes, playbooks, and best practices
- Track and report CX metrics such as CSAT, NPS, CES, retention
- Support customer onboarding, engagement, and advocacy initiatives
- Identify root causes of customer issues and recommend solutions
- Champion the voice of the customer across the organisation
✅ Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in customer experience, customer support, or customer success roles
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and CX principles
- Experience with CX tools, surveys, or CRM platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Empathy-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with full legal right to work full-time
