• Develop strong relationships with clients and prospective customers
• Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to schedule virtual consultations
• Guide clients through the application process with professionalism and clarity
• Host online meetings to assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance options
• Present life and health insurance plans based on client objectives and budgets
• Maintain accurate records and update client information in CRM systems
• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting tools
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
