Role Description

This is a full-time, fully-remote position located in Dallas, Texas for a Public Relations Account Coordinator. The role involves supporting client accounts through tasks such as media monitoring, drafting reports, creating press clippings and drafting press releases for clients, coordinating with journalists and event planners, and assisting with the execution of public relations strategies. The Account Coordinator will collaborate with team members to ensure clients' PR and branding objectives are met effectively and on time, while also supporting day-to-day communications efforts.

As the Public Relations Account Coordinator at Bramble, you serve a critical role in our client communications and support. You are the glue that holds our client teams together, ensuring we remain organized, timely and giving us space to do more great things for our clients. We expect this role to play an important role in joining our team brainstorming sessions, bringing ideas to the table, keeping up with trends and helping us to anticipate client needs. This role reports directly to the Managing Principal and Founder of Bramble.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ Years Experience at a PR Agency, Marketing Agency, or in-house communications team - experience working in B2B or professional services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• If you have a Virgo-Level organizational brain (any rising sign is welcome!) who loves to focus on dotting i's and crossing t's - Organizational skills and attention to detail skills for this role are a must. If you have a collaborative mindset, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, then this might be the job for you!
• Strong skills in Press Releases and Writing, with the ability to craft clear, engaging content tailored to target audiences.
• Expertise in Communication and Public Relations client relationship management and the ability to adapt to brand voices
• Knowledge of Media Relations and Editorial Calendars including experience working with journalists and pitching stories effectively
• Strong design eye or interest in interior design, architecture or master planning. Previous work in the commercial real estate, architecture, or related industries is a plus, but not required.

Location

• While we are a fully remote team, we do like to get together from time to time and attend client events. For now, this role is open to only candidates who live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area or surrounding cities.
• Must be willing to travel to surrounding neighborhoods of Dallas for events with access to reliable transportation and be willing to accompany our team on occasional trips to Houston and Austin to meet with clients.
• Must be comfortable working in a remote environment with ability to be a self-starter and ability to stay on task in the comfort of your own home.
