Account Director | HR-tech | 150 - 200K OTE | Remote in Germany

This is a revenue-focused sales role offering both new business (Account Director) and account expansion (Account Manager) paths. You’ll either focus on winning new customers end-to-end or growing and developing an existing client base - both with clear ownership and responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle sales for new business (Account Director focus), including self-generated pipeline (~40%)
  • Manage renewals and expansion of existing accounts (Account Manager focus), including upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Own deal cycles with €40K–€60K ARR, with progression into six-figure deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders
  • Contribute to individual and team revenue targets (new ARR or expansion)
  • Support the development of scalable sales processes and go-to-market initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS or software sales experience (closing or account management)
  • Proven experience closing deals in the €40K–€60K ARR range
  • Background in HR Tech SaaS or similar industry
  • Strong ownership of revenue targets and quota achievement
  • Fluent in German and English (C1)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience balancing hunter and farmer sales responsibilities
  • Background in mid-market sales environments

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: €150,000 – €200,000 OTE
