We specialize in creating gamified experiences that students love and empowering educators by giving them tools to create meaningful learning opportunities in and outside of their classrooms.

Your Role
- Manage the support inbox and respond to customer inquiries, lots of them :)
- Monitor and resolve customer issues with purchases and renewals
- Notify team members of possible issues or bugs and work together to find solutions
- Review user-submitted material across the site
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with relevant teams to improve the customer experience
- Develop educational resources such as tutorials and guides on the Help Center and socials
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has a passion for customer success and education. You’ll be engaging directly with our customers a ton, so we want to make sure you’re the right fit to represent Blooket. To help ensure you can handle this, here are some qualifications:
- At least 3 years in an Education (e.g., Teacher) or Customer Success focused role
- Genuine interest in education and helping teachers succeed with technology
- Ability to collaborate with teams and take or give relevant feedback
- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and teach new tools
- Excellent problem solving, presentation, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent ability to craft well-written, professional emails
- Nice-to-Have: Experience working with a CRM or CS platform (ex. HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk)
- Excitement about the impact your work could have on the lives of students and teachers every day
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude!
Benefits & Compensation
- Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a starting base salary of $50,000- $75,000 depending on work experience, performance, and other factors evaluated during the hiring process
- 21 paid vacation days
