Bishop-McCann is seeking Attendee Experience Managers to join our Enterprise Events & Incentives team. The Attendee Experience Manager is at the center of the Attendee Experience for corporate meetings, events and incentive trips that we produce for clients. Working with program leads to execute client programs, this role is a great fit for someone who is meticulously organized, tech savvy and has a passion for delivering amazing customer service. We're seeking fantastic collaborators who will easily build relationships with clients, vendors, program leads and internal partners like the creative, travel, production, onsite support and staffing teams.
What we're looking for:
•Proficiency with Cvent, meeting apps and other meeting registration platforms
•Resourcefulness, critical thinking, organized and ownership
•Sense of urgency and the ability to pivot between priorities
•Timely and fantastic written, verbal and interpersonal skills
•Customer service guru
•Amazing attention to detail and accuracy
•Excel experts who love data
•Ability to manage stress and work within tight deadlines
•Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
•Relevant industry experience
What you'll do:
•Build and QC test registration websites and Mobile Apps for programs and manage registration process
•Work with Program Leads and clients to strategize on registration set up & process
•Act as data-central: rooming lists, cancellations, travel manifests, changes and other attendee data and reports
•Deliver high level customer service to attendees through registration and onsite
•Produce and/or manage program materials (pre, during and post) in print or digitally (i.e. name badges, welcome packet items, communication, surveys, gift sites, etc.)
•Manage printing and shipping in collaboration with Operations Support Team
•Support program leads with program resume, timeline, expense reimbursements, cost savings/avoidance.
