Our expert team members offer support in administrative tasks, Lead Management, CRM management, Email Management, Broker Support, Client Communication & Relations, Listing Coordination, Doc Prep & Coordination,Market Research, Social Media Management, Content Creation/Editing/Management, Calendar Management, and Appointment Setting, and more, helping our clients scale their operations and focus on revenue-generating activities. Job Overview We're looking for a results-driven, commission-based Business Development Manager with strong residential real estate agency knowledge to help us grow our client base. This is a fully remote, independent contractor role with 30% of the First Month's billing paid as commission per closed deal. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the real estate sector
  • Clearly communicate the value of our virtual support services
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Track activity and pipeline through CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong understanding of real estate workflows, platforms, and transaction processes
  • Experience working with or selling to real estate professionals (brokers, agents, or investors)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • A driven, goal-oriented mindset
