About You You will be an experienced estimator who plays a critical role in the pre-construction and tendering process, able to interpret, interrogate, and influence both design and construction solutions while developing accurate and commercially sound cost estimates. Skills and experience:

  • Experience estimating across all stages of the project lifecycle, from early budgets to detailed tender estimates
  • Strong understanding of design, construction methodology, and buildability
  • Experience applying opportunity and risk management techniques within estimates
  • Water industry experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised, disciplined, and able to meet demanding deadlines
  • Strong commercial awareness and a collaborative team-based approach
