About the Role
You’ll play a key part in driving new business growth across traditional auction markets and emerging sectors adopting auction technology. This isn’t just sales, it’s about representing Bidpath, sharing our values, and helping clients see how technology can transform their business.
What You’ll Do
- Win new clients and grow Bidpath’s footprint in the auction and asset management sectors.
- Increase awareness of our products, brand, and values by representing Bidpath at events and networking opportunities.
- Understand clients’ workflows and challenges, and demonstrate how our technology delivers real business value.
- Own your territory: develop plans, manage your pipeline, and drive results.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams to ensure client needs are heard and met.
- Maintain accurate sales data in HubSpot and contribute to forecasting and reporting.Who You Are
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the auction industry, asset remarketing, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of both auction operations and technology that drives online bidding, data management, and client engagement.
- Commercially minded with a track record of winning and growing client accounts, negotiating deals, pricing, and contracts effectively.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and determined to seize opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Comfortable using HubSpot and creating sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.
- A natural communicator who can connect with business owners, auctioneers, and operational teams.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
- Willingness to travel regionally for meetings, events, and conferences.
