Role Responsibilities

  • Appointment Setting: Calling law firms and booking them in for a demonstration of our world-class productivity software.
  • Lead Management: Manage the CRM system effectively, handling both inbound and outbound communications to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Calendar Management: working with salespeople to ensure clients are booked in and followed up for appointments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work directly under the CEO and coordinate with support staff and tech teams to align strategies and enhance service delivery.

Candidate Qualifications and Skills

  • Fast Learner and Tech Savvy: Quick to learn new technologies with a deep understanding of digital tools and platforms essential for managing relationships and demonstrating software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are crucial for this role.
  • Flexibility and Commitment: Ready to do whatever it takes to be the best, including managing varying schedules and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for team meet-ups and client engagements.

Working Conditions

  • This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional travel required for team gatherings and strategic meetings.
  • The role is contract-based to start, then can move to employee after the initial trial period.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of $70,000 plus commission, with on-target earnings of $90,000-$95,000.
  • Opportunity to progress to a sales role with OTE of $170,000.
