Collections Officer (Remote)

Salary: Up to PHP 70,000 monthly (depending on experience)

Bare Cremation is looking for a Collections Officer who can balance empathy and firmness when speaking with families who are grieving.

This role involves phone calls with Australian clients, so clear and calm communication is important.

You should have:

-Experience handling calls with Australian customers

-Strong communication and listening skills

-Ability to guide payment conversations respectfully

-Good organization and follow-up habits

-Comfort with Google Sheets / Excel

Bonus: Experience with Zapier, AI tools, or process automation
