We’re looking for an APAC Go-To-Market Lead to join our fast-growing team at Advantage Partners. In this fully remote role, you’ll own the entire client journey across the APAC region — from pre-sales motions to service delivery and expansion. You’ll serve as the primary regional contact, ensuring clients receive fast, professional, and value-aligned support. This role blends account management, sales execution, and operational improvement, with autonomy to shape the GTM motion across a high-growth geography.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for the entire APAC region on behalf of Advantage Partners, and oversee day-to-day management of operations in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Own all client communications across the lifecycle — from pre-sales to post-sales support — by building trusted relationships, understanding business needs, and delivering a seamless, value-driven experience.
- Assist the team in identifying operational efficiencies and scoping/implementing new processes to accelerate sales cycles.
- Lead the renewal process to ensure revenue retention and expansion. Work closely with the Client Operation team to develop renewal strategies and plans, utilizing customer reports and metrics.
- Pursue and identify expansion opportunities with existing accounts to meet quarterly cross-sell and upsell targets.
- Evaluate existing customer journeys to pinpoint areas for improvement or new process development, aiming to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Define and shape our APAC presence by helping to identify growth opportunities, hiring needs, and scaling strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in account management, renewals, and/or sales, preferably in a B2B or professional service environment.
- Proven track record of managing a large book of business and hitting revenue targets.
- Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in security & compliance.
- Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign required.
- Located in Australia

Salary: $150k - $180k AUD
