Candidate Service Specialist

Adecco Poland is looking for a customer-oriented Specialist to join our customer service team in the inbound channel.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers who come to us with questions, requests or problems. Your goal will be to provide clear information, professional support and effective solutions.

Work in an international environment 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Professional and courteous handling of incoming calls from customers
• Active listening to customers and accurate identification of their needs
• Providing reliable information and efficiently solving reported problems
• Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems
• Compliance with applicable procedures, quality standards and data protection rules
• Escalating more complex cases when justified

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.(Freshers welcome)
• Dutch language proficiency (minimum B2 level; C1 preferred).
• Strong customer orientation and helpful and positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Good problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and the freedom to work with multiple systems at the same time
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to work according to the schedule and applicable procedures
• Willingness to learn and openness to coaching and receiving feedback

What do we offer?

• The initial contract will be for 3 months, followed by a 13-month contract. Based on performance during this period, the employee may be offered a permanent position.
• Salary at the level of PLN 7,000 gross per month
• 100% remote work
• Stable working hours Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30 and 09:30 - 17:30
