We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing legal marketing team and manage relationships with law firm clients across the US. This role is focused on nurturing client relationships, driving retention, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies that generate measurable results.

Key Requirements

  • RECENT experience in Legal Marketing is a MUST (working with law firms and legal campaigns).
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing services such as lead generation, PPC, SEO, and digital campaigns for law firms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Spanish is NOT required – role is fully focused on the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned law firm clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver on client objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, reports, and performance reviews with clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
