Europe's Push for a New Satellite Model
Airbus Defence and Space of Germany and Hisdesat of Spain are urging European governments to adopt an anchor customer/service model for a planned intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance constellation. This approach contrasts with traditional government procurement of infrastructure.
Benefits of the Leasing Approach
