State Farm Insurance has launched two local customer service centers to accelerate the claims and recovery process for those affected by property or water damage from the recent winter storm.
These pop-up centers are operational at the following locations:
- Lowes in Nashville at 5520 Nolensville Pike
- Lowes in Franklin off 3060 Mallory Lane
At these centers, customers can file a claim, check the status of an existing claim, and receive guidance on next steps to manage storm-related damages effectively.
Solomon Barwegen from State Farm provided insights in an interview with FOX 17 News, addressing common insurance questions. He detailed what is typically covered under a standard policy versus what expenses may require out-of-pocket payments.
