Today marks a significant leap forward for public transportation users with the launch of MetroPulse, a cutting-edge mobile app designed to transform how customers interact with Metro services. This innovative app brings a suite of features aimed at making commuting smoother and more reliable.

Originating as a website in June 2023, the app version enhances accessibility and introduces a transit-industry-leading live chat feature, allowing customers to send photos and videos directly to customer service for swift resolution of safety and security concerns.
