Christmas Trash and Recycling Collection Delays

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The Christmas holiday will be observed on Wednesday, December 25, 2024. Consequently, trash and recycling will not be collected on that day.

All City of Tucson customers will experience a one-day delay in their trash and recycling service.

Important Dates

• The Los Reales Sustainability Campus and landfill services will re-open on Thursday, December 26 at 6 a.m.

Customer Service Availability

City offices will be closed on Wednesday, December 25. Customers can leave a message for Customer Service at (520) 791-3171 or email EShelp@tucsonaz.gov.

Holiday Collection Schedules

Holiday collection schedules are available online or through the free Recycle Coach app to receive notifications about trash, recycling, and Brush and Bulky collections.
