It was a pretty special day on Friday at Hy-Vee Rochester stores, as two employees were honored with the 2025 Legendary Customer Service Award.

The award is given out to only 14 recipients out of 70,000 Hy-Vee employees, highlighting those who go above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service.

This Year's Winners

This year’s winners in Rochester were John Hazuka and Bryant Meyer.

John Hazuka shared his excitement: "This is a pretty high honor, and it’s a real step up for our market here in Minnesota, to have us here in the Rochester market to be honored this way."

Award History

The award has been given out by Hy-Vee since 2006, with John and Bryant being two of 192 winners of all time.
