CPS Energy Thanksgiving Closure: Essential Info for Customers During the Holiday Break

CPS Energy offices, call center, and customer service centers will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28, 2025. These facilities will resume normal operations at 7:45 a.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025.
