CPS Energy Offices Closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day
CPS Energy offices, call center, and customer service centers will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Normal operations will resume at 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
Emergency Services During Closure
During the closure, customers can report emergency natural gas or electric notices by calling (210) 353-HELP (4357).
Online Services Available 24/7
Customers can access online services at cpsenergy.com at any time. Through the Manage My Account portal, customers can conveniently:
- Start, stop, or transfer service
- Make payment arrangements
- Set up a payment plan
- Reconnect services following full payment of past-due bills
- Sign up for emergency alerts
- Update contact information, mailing address, and other options
Winter Weather Preparedness
With upcoming winter weather in the forecast, CPS Energy encourages customers to sign up for Energy Alerts by updating their emergency contact information in Manage My Account or by calling (210) 353-2222.
