Clarity, an agentic AI customer service and voice-of-customer (VoC) platform, has successfully raised $12 million in a funding round led by Prosus Ventures. The investment saw participation from STV AI Fund (backed by Google), Sukna Ventures, Wamda Capital, Neo, Oraseya Capital, Phaze Ventures, Propeller, Tech Invest Com, and prominent angels from OpenAI and Google.

Formerly operating as Anecdote, the company has rebranded as Clarity, signaling its vision to deliver transparent, safe, and scalable AI solutions that redefine customer interaction.

Rapid Growth and Global Expansion

Founded by Abed Kasaji and Pavel Kochetkov, alumni of the "Careem mafia," Clarity is expanding its applied-AI teams in New York, London, and Riyadh to meet accelerating demand. The company has reported an impressive 5.4× year-on-year revenue increase, alongside average monthly growth of more than 20% in 2025, reflecting strong market appetite for AI-driven customer intelligence.
