Following a fire and water damage incident in June, Chino Hills City Hall is now operating through a temporary Customer Service Center located in the main lobby and Council Chambers. All in-person Recreation Services remain available at the Chino Hills Community Center, 14250 Peyton Drive.
Services Available at the Customer Service Center
- Utility Billing and Payments: Pay bills by card, check, or money order, and get assistance with opening or closing water and sewer accounts.
- Code Enforcement: Report concerns, obtain yard sale permits, pay sign violation invoices, and pick up confiscated signs.
- Community Development (Building & Planning): Pay invoices for applications, permits, and plan checks, pick up issued permits, or speak with a planner about business licensing and development questions.

City Hall is temporarily cashless. All in-person payments must be made by credit/debit card, check, or money order. A 3.75% convenience fee applies to card payments, except for utility bills. Money orders can be purchased at nearby locations like the Post Office or supermarkets.
