CVA Honors 2024 Customer Service Specialists of the Year

Central Valley Ag (CVA) has proudly announced the 2024 Customer Service Specialist (CSS) of the Year award recipients, recognizing employees who embody the cooperative’s values and mission. The winners were celebrated for their outstanding customer service at the annual CSS Summit.

Selection Criteria

Each year, the CVA accounting team collaborates with Regional Operations Managers to choose individuals who demonstrate exceptional customer service and dedication. The selection focuses on:

  • Providing outstanding customer service both internally and externally.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Supporting the sales team effectively.

Acknowledging Commitment to Excellence

Brenda Meis, Regional Accounting Supervisor at CVA, expressed, “Our customer service specialists are the backbone of our cooperative, ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong relationships with our customers. We are proud to celebrate these outstanding individuals and their unwavering commitment to excellence.”

Outstanding Service Awards

In addition to the CSS of the Year awards, CVA presented Outstanding Service Awards to individuals in specific departments:

  • Stacy Shoemaker: Energy Department
