Customer Service Update Regarding Tisas Products
Over the past few weeks, some of you may have noticed the wind down of Tisas-related products across SDS Arms channels. As outlined in our recent press release, our exclusive agreement with TİSAŞ Trabzon Silah Sanayi has come to an end.
As a result of this transition, SDS Arms will no longer be importing, distributing, servicing, or providing warranty support for Tisas-manufactured firearms.
Warranty & Service Support
Customers who currently own Tisas firearms should be advised that warranty coverage and service support will now be handled by the new U.S. importer, Tisas Arms Corp.
If you require warranty assistance, parts, or service, please contact Tisas Arms Corp directly using the contact information provided in their official announcement. As with any operational transition, there may be temporary service delays as their support infrastructure ramps up. We appreciate your understanding during this period.
