Role Description

We are looking for motivated Sales & Business Development executives to help us acquire new clients for our IT Services and Consulting company.

This is a remote commission-based opportunity ideal for highly motivated sales professionals, consultants, or business developers who already have strong networks and want to earn significant commissions per deal.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients who need IT development or consulting services
  • Build relationships with startups, enterprises, and product companies
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Present our services and solutions to prospective clients
  • Work with our technical team to close deals
  • Maintain strong client relationships for future opportunities

CompensationCommission: 20% – 25% of the profit per deal

Example:

  • If a project generates $20,000 profit, your commission could be $4,000 – $5,000.

No cap on earnings — the more deals you bring, the more you earn.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Strong network in startups, tech companies, or enterprises
  • Understanding of software development / IT services is a plus
